He is certified management trainer and business coach and has broad knowldege in the field of strategy and digital leadership.

Being an experienced management consultant Robert Krywalski supports companies succeeding in organisational and processual changes. He was working as strategic HR manager for many years and consults companies in initiating digital solutions for increased efficiency and productivity while considering the human factor today.

Philipp ter Haar is co-founder of TreSolutions and has many years of experience as manager in the finance sector. He started his career at Deutsche Post DHL Inhouse Consulting and was also responsible for training concepts and implementa­tion. He has been managing projects for strategy and process optimization since. His PhD Thesis was focussing on implementing innovation enhancing measures in companies.

Christoph Wegmann is co-founder of TreSolutions and lecturing professor for business studies at the University of Applied Sciences Hamburg. His expertise is focussing on marketing and product management. He started his career at Tchibo product management and was associate partner of Deutsche Post DHL Inhouse Consulting, where he managed international projects.
