- Communication tailored to the specific addressee
- Definition of clear goals and key statements
- Understanding of the possibilities offered by a structured chain of argumentation its implementation
- Application of the pyramidal principles of communication
- Distinction between different presentation types and the use of suitable planning (focus based on customer needs)
B) Chart design
- Understand the importance of good visualisation
- Learn basic rules of graphic design and chart design
- Create meaningful quantitative and qualitative graphs
- Use visualisation to reinforce the statements
- Develop successful charts specifically for online-presentations
C) PowerPoint workshop to optimise the creation process
- Customise the user interface in PowerPoint
- Get to know and use important functions as well as useful tips and tricks that improve and speed up the creation of PowerPoint presentations.
- Work with slide masters
- 100 PowerPoint templates are provided for use during and after training
Methods:
Exercise-intensive training with individual and group exercises, application of what has been learned on the basis of a case study and trainer feedback and discussion of own presentations.
